Advertisers are fully responsible for updating and deleting their own profile and are not responsible for profiles that remain on the sosualadies.com server. All content must be user generated.

The sale of products, whether physical or cyber, is PROHIBITED on sosualadies.com and profiles will be removed if found to be in violation of this.

refund policy

The usage and/or subscription fees for sosualadies.com were provided to you upon paid registration and may change without notice. sosualadies.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the site for any reason or no reason. sosualadies.com may terminate your membership by sending you notice at the email address you provided on your membership application or any other email address you provide to us later. If sosualadies.com terminates your membership in the sosualadies.com service because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, the Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

This will be reported to users before the changes are made.

All subscriptions are non-transferable and apply only to your member account. This is the account from which the subscription was purchased.

Please note that any Member subscription paid for by You is subject to the two-day minimum contractual period. This means that if you want to cancel your subscription, you must do so within three days from the date of purchase. At any time after this period, we reserve the right not to refund. If you request a refund before the two-day contractual period, we will refund your money in full.

sosualadies.com reserves the right to edit, modify and remove listing details, images, reviews and comments provided by the advertiser and other users of the site at any time and without notice, this includes reviews from advertisers .

By using the Service, you, the site user, confirm that you are over 18 (eighteen) years of age.

sosualadies.com profiles the information provided by the advertiser in good faith and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of each listing.

The advertiser undertakes to respond to any contact from a user of the site within a reasonable time. The advertiser may reject any offer made through the Service by any User of the site.

sosualadies.com cannot guarantee that the advertiser will respond to any contact from users of the site.

Site users may not engage in any obscene or offensive language or behavior.

Site users may not promote any illegal activity through the Service or to any site user, advertiser or sosualadies.com

It is the responsibility of the site user to maintain the security of any password.
