These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "You") and SosuaLadies ("Agency," "We," "Us," or "Our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and refrain from engaging our services. Your continued use of the SosuaLadies platform following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SosuaLadies reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. We maintain the right to terminate access to our platform for users who violate these terms or engage in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to our business operations.

SosuaLadies operates as a premium companion introduction agency in the Dominican Republic. Our platform facilitates connections between discerning clients and independent adult companions for social companionship, entertainment, and time spent together.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Companion Introductions: Connecting clients with verified, independent companions for social engagements, dinner dates, travel, events, and leisure activities.
• Concierge Services: Assisting with booking coordination, scheduling, transportation arrangements, and itinerary planning.
• VIP Experiences: Curating exclusive packages including yacht charters, nightlife access, resort stays, and bachelor party planning.
• 24/7 Support: Providing round-the-clock client assistance via WhatsApp, Telegram, and other communication channels.

All fees paid to SosuaLadies are exclusively for the time, companionship, and social presence of our companions. Any additional arrangements made between consenting adults are outside the scope of our agency's services and are not facilitated, endorsed, or implied by SosuaLadies.

As a client of SosuaLadies, you agree to the following responsibilities and standards of conduct:

• Respectful Behavior: You must treat all companions, staff, and agency representatives with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times. Any form of harassment, aggression, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of services.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when making inquiries or bookings. Misrepresentation of identity, intentions, or circumstances is strictly prohibited.
• Timely Communication: You agree to communicate booking changes, cancellations, or delays in a timely manner to avoid inconvenience to our companions and operations.
• Payment Obligations: You agree to honor all financial commitments, including deposits, service fees, and any additional agreed-upon expenses, in accordance with the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
• Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our companions personal information, including real names, contact details, and any private information shared during your engagement.
• Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws during your engagement with SosuaLadies services.

SosuaLadies reserves the right to permanently ban any client who violates these conduct standards, without refund of any fees paid.

SosuaLadies services are exclusively available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are accessing our services voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from using companion services.

SosuaLadies implements age verification measures on our platform. Any attempt to access our services by individuals under the legal age will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to request identification verification at any point during the booking process.

All companions represented on the SosuaLadies platform are verified adults aged 18 years and older who provide their services voluntarily and independently.

The following terms govern all bookings and financial transactions with SosuaLadies:

• Reservation Deposits: A minimum deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit covers coordination, transportation, and scheduling logistics. Deposit amounts vary based on the service requested and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Payment Methods: SosuaLadies accepts PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All payments must be completed through approved channels only.
• Rate Agreement: By initiating a booking, you confirm that you agree to the published rates for your selected companion and service duration. Please contact us only if you agree to our rates.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a partial deposit refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• Extensions: Service extensions during an active booking are subject to companion availability and must be arranged and paid for in real-time through our concierge team.
• Disputes: Any payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the service date. SosuaLadies will review all disputes fairly and make determinations at our sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using SosuaLadies services or platform:

• Any form of physical violence, threats, coercion, or intimidation toward companions or staff.
• Attempting to solicit services not offered by SosuaLadies or requesting illegal activities.
• Recording, photographing, or distributing images/videos of companions without their explicit written consent.
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing personal information about our companions on any platform.
• Attempting to contact companions outside of SosuaLadies-approved channels to circumvent agency fees.
• Using our platform to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any form of cyber attack.
• Impersonating another person, agency, or entity when using our services.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation of SosuaLadies or our companions.
• Providing false reviews, testimonials, or feedback about our services or companions.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate and permanent ban from all SosuaLadies services, forfeiture of any deposits or payments, and potential legal action where applicable.

SosuaLadies provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, SosuaLadies does not guarantee specific outcomes, experiences, or satisfaction levels from any engagement.
• Independent Contractors: All companions listed on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of SosuaLadies. We facilitate introductions but do not control or direct the conduct of companions beyond our professional standards.
• Limitation of Liability: SosuaLadies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury.
• Maximum Liability: In no event shall SosuaLadies total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• Force Majeure: SosuaLadies is not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government actions.

You acknowledge that you engage our services at your own risk and that SosuaLadies has made no representations or warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms of Service.

All content on the SosuaLadies website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, design elements, and software, is the exclusive property of SosuaLadies or our licensed content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Trademarks: "SosuaLadies," "Elite DR," and associated logos, taglines, and branding elements are registered trademarks of SosuaLadies. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Content Usage: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written authorization from SosuaLadies.
• Companion Images: All photographs and media of companions are proprietary and protected. Downloading, screenshotting, or redistributing companion images without authorization constitutes a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.
• User Content: By submitting reviews, testimonials, or feedback to SosuaLadies, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of SosuaLadies services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.
• Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution through direct communication with SosuaLadies management within 30 days of the dispute arising.
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the Dominican Republic, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with SosuaLadies on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SosuaLadies reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
